- Setting up workflows: automatic forwarding, templates, reminders, notifications, using Microsoft 365's built-in tools or suitable automation services.
- Using AI sensibly: drafting text, pre-sorting enquiries, summarising documents. Only where it saves time and the result stays checked.
- Walkthrough and documentation: you and your team understand what's running and can adjust it yourselves.

We start with the one process that's most annoying. I look at how it runs today and propose a solution that fits your existing tools. We only build once scope and cost are clear. Then it runs as a test in daily use, followed by fine-tuning and handover.

Do I need new software for this?
Usually not. Many processes can be connected using Microsoft 365, your existing CRM or ERP, and an automation service. New tools only come into play if they solve a real problem and ongoing costs stay reasonable.
How safe is my data when using AI?
We clarify this upfront: which data may go to a service at all, which may not, and which providers are suitable. Customer data doesn't go into external tools unchecked.
What if my process changes later?
Then you adjust the automation yourself, or I do it. Everything I set up is documented and built so it keeps running without me.
