In peace and quiet, in plain words and at your home: setting up a new smartphone or tablet, video calls with the grandchildren, sorting photos, online banking set up safely, recognising fake emails and calls. I explain every step so that you can do it yourself afterwards, and I write down the most important steps for you.

You look after your parents' or grandparents' technology but live too far away or have too little time? Arrange an appointment with me, I visit them on site, explain things in peace and let you know afterwards what was done.
