AI agents for small businesses in Leipzig.
AI agents take over recurring work: pre-sorting enquiries, preparing quotes, transferring data, writing summaries. I set them up personally, with your existing tools, clear limits and your approval for everything that goes out. No agency machinery, one point of contact.
In short: A AI agent is worth it when the same task comes up again and again and follows clear rules. We start with one real process as a small pilot at a fixed price; you only decide on more once it works.
Where AI agents pay off in small businesses
- Pre-sorting enquiries: read emails, forms and messages, classify them and prepare a draft reply.
- Preparing quotes and documents: turn notes, templates and price lists into a clean draft.
- Transferring data: move details from emails, PDFs or forms into a spreadsheet, CRM or shop without retyping.
- Research and summaries: boil long documents, tenders or minutes down to what matters.
- Internal knowledge: answer questions about your own processes, prices or products from your documents.
- Maintaining website and shop: prepare texts, product data and small changes; you approve.
Where they don't fit
Not everything should be handed to an AI. Decisions with legal or financial consequences, sensitive personal data and anything that has to be right every single time stay with a human. I will tell you honestly if a classic automation or no automation at all is the better choice.

What I build with it myself
I don't just recommend AI agents, I work with them every day. Most recently I developed a complete fitness and coaching app for iPhone and Android with a team of AI agents under my direction: training plans, nutrition, check-ins with coach feedback, progress tracking and subscriptions, with its own server and strict data protection.
- Six test versions in four days, distributed to real testers.
- A second, independent AI model checks the work and finds errors that would otherwise slip through.
- I measure every step: what it costs, where the time goes, what is worth it.
How a first project works
- Initial consultation, free, around 15 minutes: which process costs you the most time?
- Pilot at a fixed price on exactly that process, with your real tools.
- Decision: if it works, we expand. If not, you have clarity for little money.
Free initial consultation, no obligation. Describe the process that costs you the most time.
Discuss a processFrequently asked questions
What is an AI agent?
A program that uses an AI model to complete a task on its own in several steps: read, classify, write a draft, transfer data. Unlike a chatbot it works inside your processes, and you approve everything that goes out.
Do I need my own servers or new software?
Usually not. I build on what you already use, such as Microsoft 365, your CRM, your shop or your website. New services are only added if they solve a real problem, and we discuss that beforehand.
What happens to my data?
We define beforehand which data an AI service may see at all and which it may not. Customer data and health information are not passed to external services unchecked. Where possible I use providers that process data in the EU.
What does it cost?
It depends on the process. After the free initial consultation you get a fixed price for a small pilot on a real process. I tell you the ongoing AI usage costs upfront; for small businesses they are usually modest.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
That is why a human stays in the approval step for everything that matters: you check quotes, replies to customers and data changes before they go out. I build processes so that errors get noticed instead of running on silently.
Do you also work outside Leipzig?
Yes. On site I mainly work in Leipzig, Naunhof and the surrounding area; everything else runs via remote support and video calls.
